I got there and the guy got my vehicle right into the Bay and he got the Trailer Hitch installed in 1 hour so that was great!!! The installer and work force were very polite and professional. Thank you!

Will never go back, ever! I had an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed at 4:00. I arrived before 4:00 and there was a car being worked on and I was told they were almost finished and I was next. I told them I would be at McDonald’s next door getting coffee and would be back. I came back an hour later and there was another car being worked on. I asked the clerk what was up and she just said first come first served.
