I’m giving it one star because I can’t give zero. They didn’t even have a mechanic available and the customer service was terrible from the front desk to the manager. They blamed me saying I shouldn’t have waited until the last minute. I made the reservation on June 22nd for July 5th and they failed to realize they didn’t have a mechanic scheduled.

do not go here. the team failed to tell us the quoted price given to us at drop off for our hitch installation was only for labor and didn’t include any of the equipment in our order or reservation as listed in the appointment and the original quote. they then removed the equipment from our order without telling us or asking for permission to do so. at checkout, they tried to charge us for $120 MORE than our quote, claiming 2.8 hours of work when the car had been done in less than two hours. and when we went back to discuss ... read more
