Updating my previous review. My first experience was frustrating because of scheduling and communication issues, and during the hitch wiring installation my left rear turn signal stopped working. However, I want to give credit where it’s deserved. I returned the next day and Brandon took the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment in advance and was never informed that the installation would take at least 2.5 hours. This information was not mentioned anywhere during booking. I arrived on time expecting a standard appointment, only to be told I would have to wait for hours without any prior notice. I have other commitments (including school), and this kind of lack of communication wastes customers’ time. Did not tell me about the policy of not installing on vehicles greater than 10 years old until it was too late to use hitch as planned. No mention of policy on website or when I booked the install, even though I clearly stated the year of my vehicle at the time of ordering hitch and installation. The guy that called to tell me (named Kuledeep) said it's up to his discretion, but he didn't even look at my vehicle, even though I explained that it's a convertible that had NEVER been driven in winter. Thorough, accommodating, very helpful and fast. Colby was excellent. He took the time to tried to make sure I had everything I needed for my hitch, providing multiple solutions.
They called me the day before the installation and told me the hitch was back ordered, so it didn't happen
