My installer/tech , Troy, was just the gentlemen , not only great at his job but also welcoming and service oriented - the kind of employee UHaul should treasure
IT NEVER HAPPENED!. I had an appointment, showed up to the Gardena location early and was told that even though I had an email confirming my appointment I did not have an appointment??? He said I had an appointment to make an appointment??? Was told that the part wasnt even ordered. Absolute joke. I canceled the order and requested a refund
