Fast service good customer service
The staff were acknowledging and experienced. The actual install and product are excellent. As expected. The price was higher than local non trailer hitch shops but wanted the comfort of having it done right. Very pleased
The staff was helpful and prepared me appropriately for the installation.
The quality was good and the ability to make an appointment was easy. The follow through call to pick up my vehicle did not happen until 10 minutes before closing and they said I needed to pick it up before they leave they would not wait.
There was no installation to be had . They don't do fifth wheel hitch install. And the price that was quoted on me would not even cover the parts, I would avoid 10 days and still might cut a hitch insta
