Staff excellent. Helpful on phone then in-person interaction also great. Helped to find what I needed and explained differences, then helped to show me how to use (hitch lock)
Customer service seems to be missing, when the first thing you hear is negative why should you go any farther for products or services
The installer Alan was very professional. He took care of everything and made sure my experience at Uhaul was excellent. He is very organized. I recommend this Uhaul location.
It did not get installed. Despite booking the reservation on your online system, the hitch did not arrive in time for the appointment. this is the 2nd time Uhaul has done this to me. And I had to call to find out.
Easy to schedule, ok waiting area, didn't take too long.
