When I drove off I noticed a loud vibration coming from the rear of the vehicle. I drove back to U-Haul and was shown how the vibration was being caused by the hitch resting directly on top of the tailpipe. They said they couldn’t do anything about it because they don’t work on exhaust systems. Who in the heck installs a hitch touching the tailpipe without at least advising the customer? U-Haul, apparently. Had to find a muffler shop the next day to replace my tailpipe. In the end, it was an extra $50 and a moderate-to-major... read more
