Jay gave excellent customer service really great guy was super respectful with me returning the trailer A+ for him. as for the GM, she was too lazy to move the trailer I needed into a good position to pull out of the driveway, gave lots of attitude, hooled up the trailer a little wrong, didn't check lights or trailer condition. When I drove off I noticed a loud vibration coming from the rear of the vehicle. I drove back to U-Haul and was shown how the vibration was being caused by the hitch resting directly on top of the tailpipe. They said they couldn’t do anything about it because they don’t work on exhaust systems. Who in the heck installs a hitch touching the tailpipe without at least advising the customer?
