Jay gave excellent customer service really great guy was super respectful with me returning the trailer A+ for him. as for the GM, she was too lazy to move the trailer I needed into a good position to pull out of the driveway, gave lots of attitude, hooled up the trailer a little wrong, didn't check lights or trailer condition.
