They don’t care about their customers
Nothing. I didn't happen. I called your customer service directly afterwards to make a complaint about both the nonexistent communication between your call center and the installation center and the wildly unprofessional experience I had at the installation center. I was told I would receive a communication back and never did. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had as a customer anywhere ever.

There was no installation tech on duty the day I had scheduled but one of the guys there took care of it anyway! Great service in my book!
