I love the two people that I dealt with. There were both professional, knew their jobs so that gave me confidence and that things would be done correctly, and I wouldn’t have to worry about it or worry about my car being there with someone who didn’t know what they were doing. There is nothing that needs to be improved. Every single person I spoke with at this U-Haul location was awesome. They went over and beyond my expectations. One of the guys named Zach said he would drive to another U-Haul location to pick up my wiring the same day. So that way I can get my hitch and wiring done all in one day instead of coming back another day. And then the installer. His name I believe is Marco was super nice and professional. My experience was 10 out of 10. Marko was very helpful guiding me through the options for my car. He completed the job early on top of it!
The website lets you book an install when the particular UHaul doesn't even do hitch installs. Furthermore, when you try to call the store itself, it almost always sends you to corporate where they could not answer my question. I finally got through to the store right before my appointment and they told me they don't do hitch installs so don't bother coming in and "they don't know why the web site allows customers to book when they don't do the installs".
