The technician who initially helped me also did the install and recognized me when I came back to pick it up. The whole thing was seamless and the hitch receiver looks amazing. He did a fantastic job. Wish I got his name so I could give him credit here.
Completed in a reasonable time
The staff was able to work around my schedule and made my life much easier.
The customer service was wonderful. It was completed quickly in the morning and I got a call back notifying me it was done within an hour or two. Works great because I used it on a camping trip to Yosemite that week. Torrance UHAUL representative and manager are all great help.
