I believe the person's name I dealt with was Kwame, unsure how it's spelled as I only heard it and did not see it, and he was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He helped me with setting up the installation, choosing the correct parts/equipment, and when I made a last minute change he handled it flawlessly. When I picked up my vehicle he was having to juggle 3 other customers at the same time, but did so with ease. The technicians did a great installing the hitch on my EV9. They provided a great customer service and were knowledgeable of the services provided.
The technician assigned was very quick and very friendly. He made sure I understood the rules related to towing and I couldn't has asked for a better experience.
The guy was nice and not rude or thought over me. He didn't do anything to help my situation of the wiring not working right. Basically said he didn't put it on and he didn't want to "mess" with it because if he could not fix it. Then it would be on his record that it was not fixed on his watch.
The completed job looked great, very fair pricing, quick completion time and a prompt follow-up call to let me know it was ready for pick-up.
