I ordered a 2 in an after it was installed I do covers it was a 1aba quarter ! However the salesman agreed to give me a adapter to 2 in an a hitch ball for a reduced price over all . I’m satisfied . .
The employees at the main Ventura Uhaul location who helped me with my hitch install the afternoon of 8/20 were outstanding! They were friendly, professional, quick and efficient! Superstars! Thank you!
Excellent customer service, fast service
It was very fast and good customer service. There was a minor issue with a hitch wiring install but they worked with me to resolve it and even gave a partial but fare reimbursement for the trouble. Totally honest mistake. I’m very happy with it overall. I would recommend anyone go here.
