Amazing had to reschedule it once and it wasn't an issue the online scheduling made it easy. Will come here for any further hitch installations.
Not happy with their installation at all. The wire from the front of the car to the back of the car was done under the car while the wires are all exposed the the elements and they didn't even bother to cut off the ends of the zip ties. Looking from the side of the car, I can see the entire wire dangling about an inch from the bottom of the car with the zip ties showing. Not happy at all with the sloppy job.
The service!!! Seth was my technician. He kept me informed of the status. He noticed that the hitch part was sent to the prosper location by mistake so he went and got the part. He called me to keep me informed the whole time. Later then we reviewed the installation. GREAT SERVICE!!!
