My experience in the utica U-Haul store. What's horrible? I had an 8 o'clock appointment. And I sat in their waiting room at about 9 o'clock. Still nothing The installer wasn't even there. Finally, at 930I decided to take my business elsewhere. After sitting there for an hour and a 1/2 waiting.
Scheduling was very easy and the U-Haul staff was very pleasant.
Prompt service and good progress updates, all at a fair price. Would definitely use again.
