The staff was excellent, the email confirming location however gave the wrong address.
It was amazing, the store manager, assistant manager and staff were extremely nice and made me very comfortable while waiting for my installation. Had pleasant conversations and before you knew it my installation was complete. I came all the way from York, PA and it was well worth the drive...this will be my location moving forward. Thank you so much for this experience! Job well done!

Installation never happened despite paying and receiving confirmation of appointment. When I showed up at the scheduled time, I was told that "We don't do that on Sundays." It didn't matter that I had paid and had a confirmation. "Uhaul just wants your money." I was told that it would only be a hold on my credit card account, not a charge, but I was charged.
