Needed to go to dealer to complete installation of wiring to enable the lights to work on the trailer $230 dealer cost
It was easy to schedule online, every staff member was so kind, the pricing was great, and it was done in less than an hour!
Roberto, the only employee on duty was a good worker. He just had too much on his plate.
It was a heavier-duty hitch than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were friendly and helpful. Tech did a good job of showing the finished product and answering questions.
Good selection of hitches. Work done on time. One issue however, asked for email receipt which I never got.
