Did some research on installing a trailer hitch on my 2020 Subaru outback. Liked the design of the CMF 13494 hitch, didn’t love the idea of installing this on my own in sub 40 degree weather. U-Haul was able to do the install. I didn’t realize it was drop off only (no place to read or hop on the internet), but the guy behind the desk said he would do his best. Professional, excellent workmanship, on time and reasonably priced.
absolutely nothing. I dropped my car off and the employee immediately started talking about how difficult Honda Pilot hitch installations are. That was not a good feeling or customer experience. The employee continued to tell me how the last customer with a Honda Pilot got mad at him for the installation. Again, not a great experience. The employee told me he'd call me when it was time to pick up the car. I left. After 5hr it was getting close to the time when the store closes so I called but no answer.
