Wish I read the reviews before I took my work truck here. Trailer hitch install Day 1: Three hours wrong plug installed Day 2: Needed to install correct plug and store wires properly Day 3: still had to install more wires properly Then I get charged extra labor! Should have been done right the 1st time. Direct responsibility lies entirely on the manager.
nothing- never got it. had my truck for 24 hrs. then called & said you didn't have the hitch & misquoted price. Then told me if I wanted to go pick one up I could- in Pensacola!!!!!
