My appointment was rescheduled. The hitch was installed without the wiring harness because they couldnt figure it out. Their phone wasnt working to call me so they just did the hitch without the harness so I have a hitch no but no legal way to use it. Still waiting for my refund to process on the harness i never got and was told to go to another installer so now i also have to pay a separate install fee to them. Zero stars not an option.
Had a bike hitch installed recently. It took them 9 hours. And now my car rattles :( I would take it back to fix it, but I don't trust them to do it right, and I can't afford to waste another full day for them to fix it.
