Dependable. Hitch install was 1/3 of the cost of a dealership. Third one over many years of owning SUV’s. I got a small refund for a medium sized coffee. And, friendly with directions when GPS had me going a diff way.
The staff are EXCELLENT at this location. Uhaul is already pretty great with the variety of services and products they offer. Had them install a trailer hitch (whole package) on my SUV, and the service was so fast I didn't finish two chapters of my book. Friendly and professional. Call these folks first if you need any of the many services they provide.

Web site makes it easy to find what I want. And installation is done very nicely.
The guys were fast, efficient, and informative. The regional manager was there and he was awesome. A storm the night before had taken out the internet. Customers were still getting taken care of.
