I had a confirmed appointment. When I arrived, I was politely told that they did not do installations at that location nor did the have the hitch there. I was referred to the Wrightsboro Road store where I was told the installer was on his day off and anyway, they did not have the hitch norbthe wiring. I got a refund and wasted most of the day. I don’t think that I will ever need anything from U-Haul ever again!
