Salome is the WOMAN!! We used Uboxes to move our stuff from Aiken to Missouri. I had a little girl with me when the boxes were delivered. She was so excited to see a woman driving a big truck and looking gorgeous while doing it!! She wanted to watch everything and Salome answered her questions very patiently. I went to my first scheduled appointment and was told that a part had not come in. They would call me when it was in and set up another appointment. I was never contacted about the delay, which caused a wasted trip to the U-Haul service center, which is a 20-minute drive to get there. I called them two days later and discovered that the part came in later that day I came for the original appointment. An appointment was set up the next morning. The location drove me home and picked me back up once my vehicle was ready. The staff were courteous, the owner, Mr. Melvin was above accommodating. .
