I went to my first scheduled appointment and was told that a part had not come in. They would call me when it was in and set up another appointment. I was never contacted about the delay, which caused a wasted trip to the U-Haul service center, which is a 20-minute drive to get there. The location drove me home and picked me back up once my vehicle was ready. The staff were courteous, the owner, Mr. Melvin was above accommodating. .
