Mr Lewis has wonderful customer service, never having done this before to any car he explained to me how the hitch works. Not to put too much weight on your car just things that I did not know and he saved me quite a bit of money because I'm putting a wheelchair carrier on the back.

Excellent communications from/with the installer to coordinate the timing of the installation and when the vehicle was ready.
