Scheduled online hitch and wiring installation in Victoria because all houston locations had no availability. Drove almost two hours only to find that they had no idea about the scheduled installation. Additionally their "guy" wasn't working that day anyway. Wasted four hours of my day with nothing to show for it because of Uhaul's flawed online system.
Friendly staff. Fast service. Well stocked with boxes and packing materials. Lots of trailers for rent.
