I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent hitch installation service I received at the U-Haul location at 1145 W Main St, Billings, MT 59105. On 1/22/2024, I brought my Kia Sorento 2020 to the U-Haul facility to have a hitch installed. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
