My install appointment was at 11. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I was dropped off at 4:30 and it wasn’t completed yet. I was told it would be another 45 min. After walking around I came back an hour later and it still wasn’t done. I finally checked out close to 6:30. The next morning, I noticed the wires under the car were hanging down inches from the ground. There’s an area where someone zip tied part of a wire up behind the exhaust.
