It was easy and the guy who installed it was very nice
I have never experienced poorer service than what I received at Evansville U Haul!! I ordered a Hitch and Wiring on the 11th to be installed on the 19th at 10am. I showed up as Scheduled only to be told the Hitch was not there and they didn’t have a Technician on Duty? I asked why no one called me to let me know? I was told that it would be rescheduled and they would Call me as of yet have I received a Call!! I will never do business with Uhaul again!
