Unfortunately, this was a pretty terrible experience. I scheduled online with a U-Haul that was farther from my home because the online system said they had the hitch that fit my car. When I dropped it off, the woman working said it should be no more than four hours. After eight hours, we hadn't heard anything, so we called. Turns out they didn't have the hitch and had to drive to go get it. After ten hours, my husband just dropped me off to wait for the car.
