No body seemed to know what they were taking about. I was misquoted upon making my reservation to get a trailer hitch installed on my car for a bike rack. Then the bike rack I was told was in stock wasn't available and was the wrong rack to accommodate my bike. I got nothing done, therefore wasted 2 hours of my life I'll never get back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I am unable to give you a 5 star rating. The day I was scheduled to have my trailer hitch installed I arrived 15 minutes early only to find out that my appointment was cancelled by your staff. I had no fair warning from your staff, I was told my appointment was rescheduled for another day. There was no attempt to try to have installed on my appointment by your staff. My kids and I had to rearrange our planned bicycle ride because of this. They were disappointed as well.

I did not like anything, this was the second time coming and u haul the first time had order the wrong part, I was waiting all day for my car just for them to tell me right before closing that they had the wrong part and they new that since the early morning. So they asked me to come back again. THis was the second time and once again they had the wrong hitch. Now they want me to come back again on March 2 to try it again? I cant miss work anymore to get this done and for them to always have the wrong parts
