They are courteous and the installation of the towing hitch was fast! They did a great job!
I was very impressed by the facility and the staff. I booked the appointment at short notice and they were waiting for me. The lady who did the work (I neglected to get her name) was extremely helpful and double checked to make sure I did not need the wiring (I didnt but a good thing to check). I waited while the work was done and was quite comfortable in the waiting area. The job was done quickly and the installer came back and made sure I had everything I needed. The worker who installed the hitch on my Honda Pilot did it very fast, the work is super solid and they were very professional.
the wiring harness i had was wrong they helped me get the correct wiring harness and installed it quickly
Booked over a month in advance. Then when my ride and I showed up for my appointment they didn't have the parts. (no one called me to tell me not to come) So we both wasted gas and drove an hour for nothing. Then at that time I asked if they could also install a break controller, they said yes. Made another appointment. Took my car there, didn't get a call to tell me that it was done. Showed up just before the tow tech left. The lady that checked me out was very nice.
