Drop off was so easy. Since we ordered the install and parts online it took no time. The Cust Svs Rep had all the information needed. Took less than 5 minutes. The install itself took a few hours. They called me when it was ready...again took less than 5 minutes to pick it up. So far, everything looks like it's been installed perfectly. We couldn't be happier with their service. 5 stars for sure!
