Easy drop off. Received an estimated time of completion which they met. Was told by 5 or 6 and was done by 2:30. Installation looks great, not like most add on equipment. Employees were professional and courteous at.both drop off and pickup. This is my second hitch install with Warner Park Uhaul. Why go anywhere else?
