I haven’t used U-Haul in years because I felt like there were always hidden charges and poor communication. But something big has happened over there. The service agent on the phone was clear direct and concise. The people in the store had great energy and were helpful. Overall I was very impressed. These guys really saved me! I made a reservation for a hitch installation at a different location many weeks in advance for a very time sensitive trip from Wisconsin to NY after my step father died. We needed to bring his belongings back home. The morning of the installation the place cancelled on me with loads of excuses.
