Well, nothing about this visit deserves any stars because we can clearly see that staff working here doesn’t value and appreciate their customers and their business. We had to wait long time for a certain employee to assist us because she was somewhere else or maybe on break and waited 30 minutes. Awful, terrible location. Firstly it’s Dilapidated like crazy. Smelly place. Secondly I made an appointment online the night before, drove 20 min to get my hitch wire installed, And they don’t have the parts.
I had a wiring adaptor (that they sold me) installed for my hitch this past Saturday. I went to hook up to my trailer today and no lights. After crawling under my vehicle I discovered they ground it into plastic. I fixed it myself. So I spent $80 having this installed when I had to finish it myself anyways. One would think you could tell the difference drilling into metal or plastic. You might also assume some kind of testing would have been done to make sure the product you just installed functions properly. But nope. This ... read more
