Hands down the best U-Haul I’ve been to, especially for military PCS moves (8 and counting!). The team here is top-notch—especially the brothers at the front desk and the install technician. Got a quick and efficient trailer hitch install with outstanding customer service. If you have to drive a little extra to get here, it’s worth it. Highly recommend! Give those two a raise.
Excellent hitch technician that fixed an electrical issue that has persisted for several months and through several technicians in several different locations.
The gentleman (Dave B) at the Harrisburg location should be commended as he was extremely helpful and was able to help to get my hitch installed quickly after setting up a last minute appointment. I also heard him on the phone with other customers and he is a very nice person who looks out for his customers. UHAUL is lucky to have him as an employee. I arrived with a functioning electric system I know this because I was sent by another U-Haul place that tested it and it was fine. They plugged in the trailer and my system wasn't working they told me I needed to replace the system and tried to sell me something more expensive than I really needed and charge more for installation that was necessary but I talked them into being reasonable they installed it they plugged the trailer back in everything seemed to work and within a half an hour the same side wasn't working again ... read more
