Went there for a hitch install it wasn’t installed correctly and they left wires all over the inside of my car instead of where the wires should’ve been hooked up near the hitch. When I called after picking up the car and it was obviously installed incorrectly, they told me to just pull the wires through the back of the car and close the back of the car on top of the wires and it would be OK. Ridiculous.
They moved the schedule around and was able to fit me in. They did not install the correct hitch that I ordered so the price was much much more than expected. Also they didn’t give me the ball hitch. Then my wife is legally blind they almost tried charging her the entire price after paying.

Had a scheduled appointment to get a hitch installed. Drove an hour to make the appointment. Hitch was manufactured incorrectly and was not able to be installed. After waiting weeks for a call back to schedule, I called them only to find out they can no longer install hitches. Place is a joke.
