They were unable to actually perform the service at the time that they specified.
Really confusing on the where to drop the vehicle when done with it. Also always make sure to check the gas tank on the paperwork that they give you because you don't always have to fill it all the way up. There was no real signs are where to drop the keys I had to kind of like figure it out myself by wandering around the parking lot looking for drop box.
