I had a fabulous experience with Uhaul Trailer Hitch install team! Customer service (national line) helped setup the specs for nearly an hour exploring options available, then the mechanic on site went over all the information with me even with the complications of my existing diffuser (aftermarket). Decided to order a new one - we went over the option that would best fit for the hitch install. Had a few things to move so I weighed my options and renting a truck with a ramp seemed the way to go. These people had what I needed and made the process as simple as possible. Also rented a movers dolly with straps for the larger items, was the best $10.00 I've spent.
