I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment and then they didn’t have my hitch on the day of the appointment. They offered no solutions and couldn’t even tell me when the hitch would be available. Then I called the 800 Number. They were even less helpful. Told me no near by store had it and there were no appointments until the end of the month. I needed the hitch for next week. This wasn’t poor planning and my part. Your company sucks !
