My install was scheduled for 8 am. For the first hour or two it looked like there was only one person there, responsible for both running the service counter AND installing my hitch. Don’t get me wrong, he was delightful (excellent customer service), but store management should not put an employee in that situation. And from a customer perspective, though the end result was solid, I am sure it caused my install to take longer than it would have otherwise.
Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at approximately 3:45 PM, the black lady walked to the store, she was on her phone, and very nonchalant and rude.
