technition was very efficient and polite and professinal and did a nice instalition and advised mr to keep my wiring inside Van to prevent electrical shorts

I was able to make a quick appointment considering it was Thanksgiving week, the time to put the hitch on was great ,I'm very satisfied with the way Frank and his staff treated me and highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing their services
It was fast and easy, but they left debris from the drilling inside the car. The wiring for the trailer lights was left hanging under the car too close to the floor and it was in contact with the hot exhaust. Not safe at all. So, I had to re attach the cable myself. The hitch installed was new but showed some signs to be beaten already. They said they will email me the receipt. They never did.
