Very Knowledgeable and Friendly staff. Offered a GREAT VALUE for Broke Controller and 7way wire by installation. The job was completed very neat and tidy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business for you future needs
Everything was excellent.
Went in to get a hitch installed, and had a room to wait in. Bernie was a super nice guy to talk to and seems very caring. I had a bunch of junk in the back of my vehicle, and the guys in the back helped me move it out of the way, when I should have done it in the first place. My scheduled appointment didn't start till later, and lasted longer than expected; however they did a really great job and treated me kindly.
Nothing! Was told after 4 hrs that they did not have the technical skills to complete this installation. I had to take the parts to a GM dealer who then charged me $529 to install. I spent more than $1000 between the parts and install plus losing 2 days without my car.
I've patiently tried to get a hitch & brake controller installed for the last month as I was told their shop was undergoing an update and I wasn't in a big hurry. Now I've been told that they do not have an installer. I have always used Uhaul for several vehicles over the past 30 years and was always satisfied. Very disappointing
