The installer (Eric) did a wonderful job and in a timely manner. I appreciated my entire experience and I thank Eric for that.
This place is awesome. They have a gentleman named Eric. We went in first day to have a hitch installed by another employee and they couldn't get the hitch mounted due to the holes in the frame being rusted badly. So after we left Eric called us and said he wanted to give the holes a try and clean them up for us and mount the hitch. We brought him the suv and hitch and within 30 minutes he had the whole hitch mounted with bolt holes cleaned out from the rust. Would highly recommend having Eric do work on your hitches.
