I am extremely pleased with the work Luke did on my trailer. Luke advised to rewire the trailer and I am glad I took his advice because it guarantees the lights will work for a long time. I also needed to better fit the ramps to the trailer so I can load my mower but the hinges to the tailgate were in the way. So Luke replaced them with new hinges. I found Traralgon Trailers when I saw. Long shank tow ball. I got their number and gave them a call, the lady I spoke to was exceptional , very helpful, making sure that what I was buying was what I was looking for. For which I am very grateful. She gave me all the measurements , so I got the right tow ball. Trying to quote a job for a van restoration, was told not to write down prices, they have to write them for me? Was directed to their website, they don't have a website!!!!!Off to the next supplier I go. 2 years on I thought perhaps the service had improved. Nope, still a shop that confronts you with signs about all their rules. The staff are friendly but I'm guessing it's a pretty awful culture to work in and not cheap anyway. Would recommend a trip 2 blocks down to Burson for better service and the same products.
