We paid nearly $30,000 for this trailer because we were told everything would be handled and delivered properly. When problems started with the water faucet, gas plumbing, and other parts, we contacted you multiple times asking for help not a refund. It makes no sense for us to spend that much money just to intentionally break $100–$200 worth of parts. Trailer Builder is amazing! They deserve more than 5 stars. We had been searching for weeks and ran across their website which is perfect, with just the right amount of info. Called and spoke with Jose. He was more than helpful! We had the deal done in 10 minutes! This was so easy and the trailer is perfect! Highly recommend!
When we picked up the trailer, we experienced an issue that required repairs before we could safely take it home. We paid the additional labor costs without complaint because we understood that repairs can happen. Unfortunately, our problems continued. After taking the trailer home, we scheduled our health inspection and discovered the gas system was not functioning properly. I’ll be honest. Trailer Builders is a good company with good people, and I do believe they have the potential to be a damn good company. My issue was not with the build itself or the people personally my issue was the communication and follow through, mainly with Jose Jr. Early on, I felt confident doing business with them, but after paying half of the money, I had to send numerous text messages and emails just to get paperwork and updates.
