This place is amazing! Communication 10/10, honesty 10/10. The owner was very understanding. Really good and honest people to purchase from. They guided us through every step. The old trailer we had previously purchased before finding Trailer Builder was cheap at the time but it ended up not working for us. We learned that you always pay double when you buy cheap and we wish we would’ve come to Trailer Builder first. Amazing place to purchase a trailer from! Thank you Trailer Builder!!!
The dad is great to work with but the son not so much! Once the sale is done make sure everything is to your liking or Jose will continuously ignore your calls but answer instantly if you call from another number. Initially a great experience until I purchased the food truck and was constantly ignored by Jose for things that should have been done/corrected before purchase.
