This place is amazing! Communication 10/10, honesty 10/10. The owner was very understanding. Really good and honest people to purchase from. They guided us through every step. The old trailer we had previously purchased before finding Trailer Builder was cheap at the time but it ended up not working for us. We learned that you always pay double when you buy cheap and we wish we would’ve come to Trailer Builder first. Amazing place to purchase a trailer from! Thank you Trailer Builder!!!
The dad is great to work with but the son not so much! Once the sale is done make sure everything is to your liking or Jose will continuously ignore your calls but answer instantly if you call from another number. Initially a great experience until I purchased the food truck and was constantly ignored by Jose for things that should have been done/corrected before purchase. These guys are absolutely professional and know what they doing, They help me through every single things since I’m new in this business and i have many questions,lol Jose always answer his phone or text massages or if he doesn’t he will respond after few hours, he is so respectful and friendly, And they did me a favor by hold my trailer few extra days there. For my next trailer i will definitely go back to them even if i find something cheaper. That’s called realtionship and costumer service, great job guys👏🏼
Hi I have taken a trailer from trailer builders they are the best in Dallas they have the best interior design and equipment low price they also support us in paper work, city permits and Pops he is the one we love him helps us all the time when ever needed small help. Jose and his father did an outstanding job with our food trailer, very friendly and responsive. You can’t compare the quality of the trailers and especially the pricing! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much we love our food truck!
