Very ppor service and quality of the food was worse than McDonald's I have in. Never will I be going to any Riskys chain
Took 45 mins to get food and it was all cold manager didn't compensate at all for the situation. Will never be going back
Heads up- Save your money. If you go to the stockyards don't eat here. Brisket tastes like water down meat and server said that's the way it comes from their warehouse. Burger was fast food quality and so was the chicken sandwich. It took over an hour and a half to get our food.
Had my first ever Buffalo burger here 10/31/16. It was amazing! Our waitress Erika, I think, was great! So sweet & attentive. Next time we go to the Stockyards we will be going to Trailboss again.
I expect if you go to a restaurant that specializes in burgers then the patty would be at least hand made or of quality but I had a bigger piece of meat on a Mc Donald's cheeseburger for $1.29. My fries were hard and old tasting. Why don't you cut your own fries. Best part was my tea. Sorry save your money don't eat the burgers �
Been there twice and was not disappointed. I will be back
I know we came on the first day of spring break but it took over 25 minutes just to get our appetizer which was only the Texas twisters( spiral cut fries) and a small quesadilla. As we ate that everyone around us who got there after we did got their meals. My husband and I shared the buffalo burger. It was tasty but not 12.99 worth. For the 4 of us to eat was almost $45 and none of the food was worth that much! Should have read the reviews before we came in.
Very disappointed to order a burger and receive a thin, processed patty with no flavor and tasted like something frozen out of a box bought at Walmart.... Trail Boss, should stand for thick, juicy, tasty, BEEF!
