The location, service, and price were excellent, and the staff was welcoming. We were a little surprised to find that the setup was more like a motel than the hotel experience we expected from the advertising. Our sheets and one towel also had stains, and the room could have been a touch cleaner. None of these things were major issues for a short stay, but with a bit more attention to detail, this location could really shine and live up to the quality of their other hotel

I stayed for 6 nights for a class I was attending. First, the front desk people were friendly. The rooms were basic, which is fine. However, they were not that clean. The sink and mirror were clean. The toilet was fair. The shower was also fair. The floor clearly had not been vacuumed in who knows how long, since it had clumps of hair and debris scattered around. The toilet didnt work so they upgraded us to a suite with a dirty shower, no internet, and a crushed bug on the wall. Left my curling iron in the first room, did they bother to let me know so I could pick it up the remaining 2 days I was there? Nope

My five night stay has been excellent! Hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Room is great! Beds are nice...linens and pillows, (and towels) are high quality. Grown Alchemist body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were a luxurious surprise. The continental breakfast included yummy parfait muffins, Greek yogurt, granola, and fruit. There is a stop for the free Estes Park bus a minute away and a beautiful Catholic Church is a two minute walk. Look forward to staying here in the future!

I am thoroughly disappointed! August 20th, I called to make a reservation for October 1st checking out October 2nd. A few days ago I get a cancellation saying that I was booked for September 1 and checking out September 2. I called in to dispute it, then they want to charge me over $300 for a new reservation in October! I asked to speak to a supervisor Eliza who was not available.
