This is a motel. Nothing like the photos. Pool was empty. No amenities. Multiple hours late on check in. Free breakfast was a basket of fruit. No elevator which isn’t fun when carrying luggage. This is fraudulent to compare the photos to the actual hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights here and we absolutely LOVED IT!! We checked in late at night and service was quick. We loved the location because it was less than 10 mins to the rockies and surrounded by so many things to do in estes! Our room was clean and all the amenities mentioned. We loved that we had the room with a balcony and an incredible view of the mountains(def ask beforehand bc some rooms may not have the balcony/view). This was a fairly disappointing experience overall--but the staff were courteous, so they deserve recognition for that. We came here for our baby moon. I feel like this pushes the three star rating. I expected a lot more than this for the price. The advertising does not show that at least some of the rooms (like ours) are dark as a dungeon except for artificial lighting. It was also not at all clear that some of the amenities shown on the web were from the second location in Estes a mile away. The room was bare of amenities.... read more

I really wanted to rate this hotel higher. But this Hotel lacks management and staffing. The website says check in is at 4pm EST. so MST it would be 2pm. When we came in to check in the staff person was very disregarding and made me feel like I was bothering him when I stopped by to see if we could check in. We couldn't check in till 4pm and would receive a call when our room was ready....4pm comes and goes, no call. If you like to be able to hear your upstairs and next door neighbours flush the toilet, this is the place for you. Dirty space, and black mould in the bathroom (which someone else mentioned previously) - when reported, the reception guy suggested I call the manager, who obv didn’t answer the phone. Nobody came to replace the curtain, OR SIMPLY REMOVE IT? Pretty sure this is a health code violation, I have reported to the department of health. 3 nights in a sub-standard space and also a public health hazard. Motel 6 is better... read more
