Horrible experience - when we arrived, our room had not been cleaned after the previous guests. The trash was filled and there were used coffee cups everywhere, hair all on the bathroom floor and dirty sheets. They couldn’t put us in a new room so we had to clean the entire room ourselves; we stripped the beds and remade them, took the trash out and scrubbed the bathroom with supplies we had to go ask the front desk for. I wasn’t going to write a review because management helped me. But, they charged me $328 upon checking out and now will not reply. Please, don’t book here. The social media is not accurate and it’s quite disgusting. We were booked at the Outpost and there was glass outside the door, trash, no stairs(you had to climb a hill?) nasty hair in the shower, uncleaned floors. I’ve attached photos for reference. Overpriced dirty room for what you get and marketing is very misleading. Room was very small and did not have a couch and extra space as shown in the pictures online. Sheets had stains on them and room was dirty in spots. Property is located right next to the highway and rooms have no insulation. Heard every passing vehicle and lobby music. Our door didn’t lock and very uncomfortable beds that you sink into. No exterior lights at night so hard to find the property coming back for dinner. We ended up leaving after a few hours... read more
