History Established in 1989. Our practice story dates back to 1989 when Dr. Waters began caring for patients in an established dental office near Saint Francis Medical Center in Grand Island. In 1994, he purchased the practice and took over as the primary dental provider. He continued to practice at that location until 2004 when he coordinated efforts to build a new facility on Stolley Park Road. We are proud of the setting and unique design of our facility.
