Jody is the best! We encountered brake issues on one of our wheels on our RV. The tensioner and lower spring broke. We were 50 miles south of Pocahontas. Jody is the only person we could reach that was willing to give us advice. He was traveling at the same time of the call but still instructed us on how to take apart the brake, remove the broken off parts and wire up the brake shoes so that we could get off the side of the expressway to safety. Jody is the man! I am a hotshot driver and I broke down by Trail Time. They had what I needed and was knowledgeable about my trailer. I highly recommend to come here for all of your trailer needs
