Purchased a new head unit because of my dissatisfaction with Chrysler’s Uconnect in my 2014 JK Jeep. I choose the Sony XAV-AV6000 for the Apple CarPlay and high quality, and the head unit as a Plug & Play Bundle from Trail Seven based on customer reviews for ease of installation and good customer service. I can't tell you how refreshing that companies like Trail Seven still exist that provide exceptional customer service with great products. When I call, I can talk to a human. I usually don’t leave reviews that often so this says something. I have absolutely no idea what I was doing but knew I wanted a good audio system. I had the all-star Dylan as my customer service agent and he helped me with every single question I had. This was more important to me than you guys know, as other companies I had contacted wanted to save legal face and refused to answer, suggesting I talk to a dealer in person. These guys are amazing. Their products are perfect and the customer support is even better. I bought the full kicker speaker kit and down firing subs from them. I had an issue with the bigger pods for the 2024 bronco which ended up having a strong odor from the manufacturer. They got me squared away with a different set with no hassle at all. I will be making more purchases through them for sure
