Ordered a Sony plug and play head unit for our Jeep JK. Unit arrived more than a week earlier than their estimate, which was beyond any of my expectations. They put all the parts together with excellent care, documentation was top notch, and they literally couldn't have made installation any easier. 10/10 experience - I can't wait to order from them again!
I attempted to place an order using my Affirm account specifically to take advantage of the advertised 0% financing. However, after selecting "Pay in monthly installments," the website still required me to enter debit or credit card information to proceed. This defeats the purpose of using Affirm and is not how the process should work. I contacted customer service and spoke with Courtney, who repeatedly directed me to Affirm, despite the issue clearly being with Trail Sevens' website—not Affirm.
